Refund policy
We want your order to feel right when it arrives.
If something isn’t quite what you expected, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is brand new, unused, unwashed, clean, and returned in its original packaging.
Because our products are used on floors and around daily living spaces, we’re only able to accept returns for items that have not been used, washed, stained, damaged, or altered in any way.
Return & Exchange Options

Exchange or Store Credit
For eligible items, we can help arrange an exchange or issue store credit. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label. -
Refund to Original Payment Method
For refunds back to your original payment method, the customer is responsible for return shipping. A 5% restocking fee may apply to help cover part of the handling, inspection, payment processing, and warehouse costs involved in processing the return.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a clear photo of the issue
- a photo of the packaging, if applicable
Once reviewed, we’ll help arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
If only part of a set is affected, any refund or replacement may be based on the affected portion of the order.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- used items
- washed items
- items with stains, odor, hair, dirt, or signs of floor use
- items not in original packaging
- bulk or wholesale orders
- gift cards
- final sale items
- international orders, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- orders shipped to Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes, unless otherwise approved
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns if we believe the return policy is being misused.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@snuggyday.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you the return instructions and the return warehouse address if your item is eligible.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent to the wrong address may not be accepted.
